Annual Rentals

We offer annual site rentals ranging in cost from $5,500-12,000 for the year. Give yourself a perfect getaway any time of the year without worrying about booking reservations. Your RV is welcome to stay on the site year-round so no need to find a separate storage facility. Campers can stay on the site 44 consecutive nights and up to 180 night per year. Our annual site rentals are done through Blue Flag Realty LLC. Click the button below to start the application process. A $45 application fee is required.
